Tammi Van Hollander, LCSW, RPT-S

Hi, I’m Tammi

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a Registered Play Therapist -Supervisor, and I have spent over 20 years working with children, families, and individuals. I am an Advanced Nurtured Heart Approach® certified trainer, a certified FirstPlay® practitioner, and trained in level one Theraplay®, and EMDR. My work and creative interventions in the field of play therapy have been published and internationally recognized. I am passionate about play therapy, sandtray therapy, and all of the expressive arts therapies. I also love to supervise and provide parent coaching to empower families and give them the tools to be successful.

Tammi is an energizing, infectious speaker who engages her audience with her passion. Leaving her training, you take tools that you can use the next day. I thought I knew a lot about sandtray therapy, but Tammi's training showed me a whole new world! Not only do I heartily recommend her, I want her back!"

~ Anne K. Crothers, M. Ed., Allentown, PA

"Tammi's compassion and knowledge of children's sensitivities are so engaging and enlightening. I love her respect for the sacredness of play." ~ Preschool teacher at Wetherill School, Gladwyne, PA

"This was one of the best trainings on sandtray I’ve attended. I really appreciated the experience of doing personal trays to get the experience like my clients would.”
