Hi, I’m Tammi

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a Registered Play Therapist -Supervisor, and I have spent over 20 years working with children, families, and individuals. I am an Advanced Nurtured Heart Approach® certified trainer, a certified FirstPlay® practitioner, and trained in level one Theraplay®, and EMDR. My work and creative interventions in the field of play therapy have been published and internationally recognized. I am passionate about play therapy, sandtray therapy, and all of the expressive arts therapies. I also love to supervise and provide parent coaching to empower families and give them the tools to be successful.

 I wanted to say that I really enjoyed your training. You took us on a sandtray journey and guided us through theory, the mechanics of what is needed, practical examples and through the experience itself.
